Why is Satan Called Halal in the Injeel? Is the God Of Islam Actually Satan?
Updated: May 2
If you thought halal originated from the Dietary laws in Islam, you would be wrong. In fact, the word ‘halal’ has a deeper origin than you might think. We will discover the real meaning behind the significance and purpose of halal, which will definitely surprise you! Islam explains that halal means “lawful or permitted” in the Arabic. However, it typically is used in the context of what food Muslims can eat. Why does this matter?
We know that, according to Islam, Muslims are not permitted to consume alcohol, blood, carnivorous animals, dead meat, food immolated unto idols, and anything with swine. We typically hear Muslims say, “Everything is halal, except so-and-so is haram.” Haram, in contrast with halal, means "unlawful or not permitted." This dietary law seems very similar to Judaism and Kosher, doesn't it? There is a great reason for this—historically, biblically, and in the Quran.
As we know, the Torah, Injeel, and Quran are the books followed by the three "Abrahamic, Monotheistic faiths” of the world. It is important to evaluate all three of the faiths because all can't be true at once. Only one Abrahamic faith can have the correct interpretation or timeline of scripture in terms of prophecies being fulfilled and the prophetic, messianic timeline which is crucial to understanding the TRUTH. We know that Islam claims that Muhammad is the final revelation of Allah; however, we must go to the books which came before it. When we go to the scriptures before the Quran, things get very interesting. Surah 3:3 tells us, “He has revealed to you ˹O Prophet˺ the Book in truth, confirming what came before it, as He revealed the Torah and the Gospel.” Muslims— before you tune off from the truth or say, “the Bible is corrupted!” just keep reading this life-changing evidence I am about to present to you. Looking at the Injeel and Torah, we can ask ourselves, “Is the God Of Islam Actually Satan?” I will demonstrate two verses from both the Injeel and Torah that will help us formulate an answer to the question.
Before we get into the two verses that shatters Islam into pieces, we must first understand why Muhammad or Allah would lie. If we understand what leads the Torah and the Injeel to Jesus Christ, we know that Christians are now under the New Covenant. Before Christianity, the Jews were under the Mosaic laws, including the dietary laws such as Kosher which closely resemble Islam. This is a practice that has been around for thousands of years! Now—why is it important that followers of the Abrahamic Faith are a part of the New Covenant? It it because the New Covenant is a representation and acceptance of Jesus Christ and who he said he was nearly 2,000 years ago. Proving that we are under the New Covenant will make every Jew and Muslim reconsider their views on Jesus Christ and Satan. Before we expand on the question, “Why is Satan Called Halal in the Injeel?” we must prove that the Injeel is divinely inspired and was revealed to the Disciples of Jesus after the Torah.
Looking at the Torah, we see that God says in Isaiah 7:14, “Therefore the Lord himself shall give you a sign; Behold, a virgin shall conceive, and bear a son, and shall call his name Immanuel.” Right after this (so we understand context) it states in Isaiah 9:6-7, “For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace. Of the increase of his government and peace there shall be no end, upon the throne of David, and upon his kingdom, to order it, and to establish it with judgment and with justice from henceforth even for ever. The zeal of the Lord of hosts will perform this.” This is a prophecy that shows that a virgin will give birth to a child named Immanuel. Immanuel in Hebrew means “God with us.” When we investigate the Book of Isaiah, we notice that this child will be called "Mighty God" and "Prince of Peace," which are names only attributed to God. The only man throughout history who was called Immanuel through a virgin birth was Yeshua. Jesus is also referred to as the Prince of Peace, and the Father even calls Him God in Hebrews 1:8 (the book of Hebrews is in the Injeel). This affirms the fact that the New Testament aligns with the prophetic timeline of the Torah.
What about in Islam? Does Muhammad and Islam fulfill the prophecies which came before it? The answer to this would be a heavy NO! However, the origins of Islam does appear in the Bible—I will explain how.
I will explain this very simply (even a 5th grader will understand). Isaiah 14:12 states, “How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! how art thou cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the nations!” This is Satan's villain arc story—the verse referring to when Lucifer was cast out of Heaven and how he became Satan as we know him today. The Hebrew name for Lucifer is “hêlēl,” which is pronounced "halal". Do you see where I'm going here? This is the verse that refers to Allah as Lucifer!
Before you flip your keyboard, let me explain this to you. The New Covenant asserts that we are no longer under the Dietary laws—nor are we under the law—because according to Romans 3:20, “by works of the law no human being will be justified in his sight, since through the law comes knowledge of sin.” However, Muslims are still under the curse of the law and they reject the blessing of the New Covenant. Islam has the illusion of a new revelation, but it is just a perverse version of the Old Covenant given to the Jews. This is Satan's attempt to divert people from accepting the free gift of salvation of Jesus Christ. What’s more interesting is that the only way we can receive salvation is by following the New Covenant. Satan is pleased to see people remain under the curse of the Old Testament. When you reject the New Covenant, you reject the free grace given to us by God and curse yourself to hell. Tying this back to my primary argument, the Dietary law is called “halal” after Lucifer, because he wants people to depend on their own works and not on the finished work of Jesus Christ when He died on the cross.
In fact, Jesus loves us so much that he says in Matthew 15:11, “Not that which goeth into the mouth defileth a man; but that which cometh out of the mouth, this defileth a man.” This is the freedom given to us by Jesus Christ. By remaining in the Old Covenant, you are under the law and will be judged accordingly. The reality is “...we are all as an unclean thing, and all our righteousness's are as filthy rags; and we all do fade as a leaf; and our iniquities, like the wind, have taken us away” (Luke 64:6). This shows our works are like a white towel with bleach—no matter how much we try, it will never be clean on its own. James 2:10 states, “For whosoever shall keep the whole law and yet offend on one point, he is guilty of all.” The issue with trying to keep the Old Law and rejecting the free gift of grace through Jesus Christ is that you will never reach God's standard, which is perfection. The good news is that Jesus Christ is the only one who reached God's standard, so He became the perfect sacrifice for the forgiveness of our sins—this is why we must submit ourselves to the New Covenant.
As we delve deeper into the true meaning of halal, we know that before Muslims eat halal meat, it is prayed over by saying "Bismillah." As we discussed in my previous blog, this is satanic; the Injeel warns us: “Here is wisdom: Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast, for it is the number of a man; and his number is six hundred threescore and six”(Revelation 13:18). The symbol that was revealed to John the Apostle was ”666” in the Greek—these same characters create the word "Bismillah" or “In the name of Allah” in Arabic.
This shows the divine prophecy being fulfilled in the Bible that Allah is the number of the beast and halal is his satanic covenant for the people who convert to Islam. This is a satanic ritual that gives Satan the right to curse your food directly through demons. Such concept is seen in scripture when Jesus cast the demons into the swine or pigs in the Gospels. Therefore, it is important to pray before we consume any food because we don’t know if the food we consume has been cursed without our knowledge. Halal sacrifices animals to their moon god "Al-Lah" for homage. The Islamic god even refers to himself as the Master of Deceivers in Surah 3:54! This shows the level of deceit Satan has created in order to deceive people into a false Satanic Covenant through Islam.
This should answer our original question: Why is Satan Called Halal in the Injeel? God has warned us of Satan's evil schemes thousands of years before Islam was even created. So, is the God Of Islam actually Satan? I have to give that a strong, resounding YES.
